As a Certified Systems Coach, you help owners put the structure in place, build stronger leadership teams, and create a company that can grow beyond the person who started it.

The principles behind Arena aren’t new. They show up again and again in the best thinking around how great businesses operate.

What Arena changes is how those principles get put into practice.

The method and software work together to give the business a rhythm: the week has structure, the numbers are visible, responsibilities are clear, and progress doesn’t depend on someone remembering what needs to happen next.

As a coach, your job is to help a leadership team install that system and make it part of how they operate.

What you’ll do as a coach

This isn’t a workshop you deliver and walk away from.

  • STEP 1

    Install the system

    Spend two to three days working directly with an owner and their leadership team, supported by preparation before and follow-through after.

  • STEP 2

    Build the rhythm

    Help the team establish the weekly meeting rhythm, numbers, seats and scoreboards that keep the business moving.

  • STEP 3

    Stay in their corner

    This is a relationship measured in years, not a one-time engagement. You’re there as the business evolves, helping the team keep the system working.
