Your coach is a partner in the arena with you, remote or in person. Here is how the process works, and how to join it.

STEP 1
Choose your coach
Book a short call with one or more Arena coaches, at no cost, and find the person you trust to build this with you.

STEP 2
Install the system
A Discovery Day with the owner, then a two-day annual session with your leadership team. Together we set the plan, the numbers, the seats and the scoreboards.

Run it yourselves
Your team runs its own weekly meeting in the app. Your coach is a call away when something big comes up.

STEP 4
Build momentum
Your coach stays with you, leading your annual session and three quarterly sessions every year. Each year the business grows stronger and depends on you less.
REMOTE OR IN-PERSON
In the arena with you, wherever your team is.
Most weekly leadership meetings already happen on a screen, so remote delivery matches how teams already operate. In-person delivery is available where relationship depth calls for it. Often it is both.
FOUNDING COACH
Mark
Mark is the founder of Arena OS and its founding coach. A longtime operator, he built White Table Catering from the ground up into a 300-person company spanning restaurants, cafés, golf-course food and beverage, and one of Vancouver’s leading catering and events businesses, earning Outstanding Caterer of the Year at the ACE Awards.
He built the company around a simple belief: a business should run on systems, not on its owner. Today, he brings that experience to Arena, helping owners put the structure, rhythm and accountability in place to build a company that can grow without them holding it all together.
